The Nigerian Oil and Gas Conference 2014 which took place at the International Conference Centre, Abuja from the 17th to 20th March had in attendance various oil companies from all around Nigeria and the rest of the world, ready to showcase their services and expertise. The opening ceremony was flagged off by the Group Managing Director of NNPC, Engr. Andrew Yakubu, after which he stopped by at the Kaztec Engineering Limited booth.
The Kaztec Engineering booth witnessed a lot of traffic as various company personnel trooped in, wanting to discuss one business endeavour or the other they could undertake with the company. Amongst visitors to our stand was the Executive Secretary, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, Ernest Nwapa, Cornelis Zegelaar (Snr Vice President & MD, Addax petroleum) and George Osahon (Director, Department of Petroleum Resources). One of the highlights of the event was the panel discussion on ‘Developing Human Capacity to Enable Full Nigerian Content Implementation’ in which our very own Prof. Otopka Chris Agada (Nigerian Content & Training Manager, Kaztec) was one of the speakers. In general, the Nigerian Oil and Gas Exhibition 2014 was a resounding success; Kaztec Engineering Limited had a successful outing, showcasing its formidable service portfolio while forging new relationships for future endeavours.
